RE-ENTRY VISA/PERMIT
Re-entry permit is issued to visitors who desire to leave temporarily and return to the country.

Requirements:

1. Fill Re-Entry Form (link)
2. Attach an application letter
3. Attach two (2) recent passport pictures
4. Non-citizen Identification card
5. Application should be submitted with passport
