A foreign national who has gained admission into a Ghanaian school is required by law to obtain a student permit to legally reside in the country throughout the length of their study.

Requirements:

1. Application letter from the school addressed to the Comptroller-General
2. Attach two (2) recent passport sized photographs
3. Copies of Admission letter
4. Copies of school fees receipts
5. Bond to be executed (where applicable)
6. Copies of Birth Certificate (where applicable)
7. Sworn affidavit (where applicable)
8. Letter of support from Guarantor (where applicable)
9. Application should be submitted with passport
10. Copy of Non-Citizen Identification card
