A foreign national who has been lawfully admitted entry into Ghana and wishes to work and reside in the country may submit an application letter for a Work and Residence permit addressed to the Comptroller-General of Immigration.

b. Certificate to Commence Business
c. Business Code
2. GIPC Registration Certificate
3. Company’s current tax clearance certificate
4. Company’s Audited Accounts of previous year
5. Medical Report from Ghana Immigration Clinic Accra
6. Police Report from Home Country
7. Marriage Certificate (if married)
8. Letter of Support from Ministry, Department, Agency
9. Copy of Bio data page Employee’s passport
10. Curriculum Vitae/Resume
11. Professional and Educational Certificate
12. Organizations Annual Report
13. Photocopy of previous Residence Permit (if any).
14. Offer/Appointment Letter/Contract of Employment
15. Copy of non-citizen identification card
