WORK AND RESIDENCE PERMIT (Missionaries/NGOs/ Immigrant Quota GIPC/Shareholders)
A foreign national who wish to apply for residence permits with Ghana Free Zones Board (GFZB) approval, residence permit with a GIPC automatic approval, NGOs and Shareholders must comply with the following.
Requirements: 1. A letter from the employer, applying on behalf of the applicant for a residence permit. 2. A completed application form. 3. Certificate of Business Registration a. Certificate of Incorporation b. Certificate to Commence Business c. Business Code 4. Company’s current tax clearance certificate 5. Company’s Audited Accounts of previous year 6. GIPC Registration Certificate (where applicable) 7. NGO Registration Certificate (where applicable) 8. GFZB License and covering letter (where applicable) 9. Completed GFZB form 10. Medical Report from Ghana Immigration Clinic, Accra 11. Police Report from Home Country 12. Two recent passport photographs (not more than 6 months) 13. A letter of approval from the Ministry of the Interior\ 14. Copy of Bio data page of employee’s passport 15. Curriculum Vitae/Resume 16. Professional and Educational Certificate 17. Organizations Annual Report 18. Photocopy of previous Residence Permit (if any). 19. Offer/Appointment Letter/Contract of Employment 20. Non-citizen’s Identification Card 21. Submit with Passport
